These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Black Cat Artist Studio website and the engagement of our services. By accessing our website or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Black Cat Artist Studio provides digital marketing, eCommerce solutions, website development, SaaS development, social media management, YouTube automation, and PR services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.
All content, designs, code, and deliverables created by Black Cat Artist Studio for a client become the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Black Cat Artist Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
All website content, branding materials, and proprietary frameworks belonging to Black Cat Artist Studio remain our exclusive intellectual property.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the Service Agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Clients are responsible for thorough review of all deliverables before approval.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, trade secrets, and commercially sensitive information shared in connection with the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service relationship.
While we employ best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results from digital marketing, SEO, or advertising campaigns. Digital performance depends on many factors including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and client-side execution. We commit to transparency and continuous optimisation toward agreed objectives.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Cat Artist Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any work in progress may be delivered in its current state upon settlement of outstanding balances.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
